Improve your Mood through Art is a 10-week health and wellbeing course that uses a range of art activities, such as mindful mark-making, working with clay, observational drawing, researching artists and potentially a gallery visit to explore and tackle your mental health.

The first session on 19 September is a taster session for you to find out more about the course.

Should you decide to do the full course, it will be the succeeding Thursdays from 26 September through 12 December.
