Here at Lifted, we strive to make a positive difference and improve the emotional health and well-being of carers using the centre. As part of this, we regularly hold game sessions every other Tuesday. Just pop in and have fun playing Operation, Twister, or Snakes and Ladders with other parents and carers.

Crafts is scheduled for Tuesday of this week but, as part of our celebration of Carers Week, we are holding a special Game Day session on the Wednesday. Please feel free to pop in for a free morning of fun!
