  If you have a query, a complaint or think you might need a service, or if you have concerns about a child or vulnerable adult, call Manchester’s Contact Centre for Children, Families and Adult Social Care at 0161 234 5001.

  The service is available 24 hours a day, with a duty team working between 4:30pm and 9:00am to answer urgent calls.

• Samaritans

  If there’s anything troubling you, Samaritans may be able to help.

  Carers UK provides high quality advice and information to carers and the professionals who support carers. They do this through the Carers UK website, information booklets and factsheets. They also have a telephone advice line which is staffed by experts and has many years experience of dealing with the problems carers face.
