Hello everyone!

This is just to note that we have changed our Facebook handle to @liftedcarerscentre. This should make it easier to remember our Facebook link, compared to the old one with the long sequence of numbers at the end.

Don’t worry if you have our old FB link stored (or if you have memorised that long link, somehow – unlikely! ㋡) somewhere, as it should still take you to the Lifted Facebook page.
